imperialism.<br><br>The movement positions itself as an autonomous expression within the Bolivarian Revolution, critiquing bureaucratic tendencies in the state while advocating for communes as the foundational units of a new socialist society, with activities spanning territorial organization, ideological formation, and economic self-management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its statutes outline a non-hierarchical structure based on rotating leadership and consensus-driven assemblies, aiming to expand communal governance to counter neoliberal pressures and foster ontstaan om gemeenschapsraden en volksvergaderingen in het hele land te co\u00f6rdineren, waarbij directe democratie, anti-imperialistisch socialisme en de erfenis van het chavisme van Hugo Ch\u00e1vez worden bevorderd als een weg om traditionele staatsinstellingen te vervangen door een in netwerken georganiseerde \u201ecommune-staat\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op 3 en 4 maart 2022 hield de beweging haar oprichtingscongres in El Maizal, waar meer dan 450 afgevaardigden uit stedelijke en landelijke gebieden programmatische grondslagen en statuten aannamen waarin
